Dmitry Blinov is one of the most famous chefs in Russia. Several years have passed since his first Duobar establishment until the opening of Harvest flagship restaurant.
PHILOSOPHY
Harvest's philosophy is responsible consumption, sustainable awareness and natural taste. Vegetables are the main idea of the restaurant, but do not make it fully vegetarian. Harvest's appetisers and hot dishes are split into ‘Vegetables Only’ and ‘Not Vegetables Only’. The interior of Harvest picks up the basic idea: natural materials, maximum daytime color and minimum of details.
I supported this concept with a simple and stylish website design. On the main page I made a cool swipe between ‘Only vegetables’ and ‘Not only vegetables’, changing the pictures of dishes by swiping left and right.
In 2019, Harvest won The World’s 50 Best Restaurants™ Award.
